Sarah and Daphne and chocolate!
I am back at my desk again -as you know from my previous message, I lost my father on 19th August and it has taken a while to drag things back to somewhere near normal. You can see from the picture, we are mailing Stitch That Issue 72 and your Christmas Cracker supplement. I caught these two having a crafty chocolate brownie and a cup of tea. If anyone has chocolate in their envelope I am really sorry. Did I have one? Well, what do you think!

I know that I have only just got back from our Norway trip, but Bill and I leave for Bermuda on Tuesday 27th May for a week. I have been asked to go and teach for four days – I am absolutely thrilled to have this opportunity and will take lots of pictures so that I can prove to you that it is not just another holiday! The Bermuda Guild of Stitchery asked me about overseas teaching last year and I cannot believe it has come true. I am giving linen classes, one for the novice and one as a Masterclass. For those of you not able to join me in Bermuda, I thought you would like to see one of the projects I am using for the Masterclass. It is a Pocket Sampler or Heirloom Hussif and is worked on hand dyed linen in stranded cottons (floss) and hand painted silk.
Have a save journey, Jane, and keep your eye on Bill! Can't wait to see some pictures of your classes, ...
